Job summary

Principe Columbia site, a part of JBS USA, is seeking a Production Scheduler I to oversee demand management, inventory, and production scheduling. The role requires collaboration across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment with forecasts and annual financial goals.

The position operates in a food manufacturing environment in Columbia, MO with responsibilities spanning planning, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Salary range noted in job description.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Logistics, Data Analysis, or Operational Planning.
• CSCP or APICS certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain & Operations, preferably in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules for the facility.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventories to maintain order fill rates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align forecasts and production.
• Support S&OP processes and monthly supply/demand reviews.
• Develop and maintain data systems and reporting for product supply status.
