Job summary

PTC, a major manufacturer of engineered steel tubing in Middletown, OH, seeks a Production Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate production in the Conversion and Fabrication departments to maximize efficiency, yield and on-time delivery.

You will generate and maintain production batches in the ERP system, adjust schedules as priorities shift, and communicate delivery dates to Sales while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate production in Conversion and Fabrication.
• Generate and maintain production batches in ERP; adjust as needed.
• Communicate revised delivery dates to Sales and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Weld Mill Planner and Shipping to ensure material flow.
