Job summary

Komline, a leader in advanced separation technologies, seeks a Production Control Specialist to coordinate production schedules, manage work orders, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple facilities. You will track WIP, monitor material availability, and collaborate with planning, purchasing, engineering, and shipping to optimize production flow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and experience with ERP/MRP and Excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience reading BOMs, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation is preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel is important.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage production schedules to support delivery commitments and capacity.
  • Create and maintain work orders, travelers, and production documentation for shop floor execution.
  • Review BOMs and develop production travelers and subassemblies as needed.
  • Verify material availability and coordinate with purchasing to resolve shortages.
  • Monitor WIP and provide visibility into status, bottlenecks, and adherence to schedule.
  • Release jobs to production based on materials, labor, and priorities.
  • Maintain ERP data, including job status, material consumption, and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate across planning, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and shipping.
