Job summary

Nexus Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Planner to join an innovative advanced manufacturing team. You’ll help build the production coordination function from the ground up and support the transition from prototype manufacturing to full-scale production.

You will serve as the central point of communication between production, engineering, and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects stay on track and issues are identified early.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Production Coordination, Manufacturing Operations, or Production Support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP or production scheduling systems.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, departments, or shifts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills for updates, documentation, and issue tracking.

• Track the status of active production jobs across multiple manufacturing environments.
• Coordinate communication between production, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Identify production risks and elevate issues before they impact schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between multiple shifts.
