Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure customer orders and production requirements are met.
• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders for raw materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers on material availability, status, and delivery dates.
• Track shipments and communicate delays impacting production schedules.
• Maintain production, purchasing, and inventory data in ERP system.
• Support planning by coordinating priorities with supervisors and plant personnel.
