Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC in Thornton, CO is hiring a Production Scheduler to plan and maintain master production calendars, coordinating materials, inventories and capacity to hit output targets. You will work with internal teams and ERP tools to adjust schedules as changes occur in materials, designs or equipment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in inventory control, planning and scheduling, plus strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED.
• At least 1–3 years of experience involving inventory control, planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and maintain production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives
• Gather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules
• Monitor daily production results and revise scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Generate reports and make recommendations to management on various operational parameters
• Utilize ERP software or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting
• Review and implement ECN material changeover as necessary
• Support updated documentation and process control initiatives and ERP improvement as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
