Job summary

Mercury Electronics in Seven Valleys, PA, is seeking an office/production coordinator to manage customer orders and track production status. You will work with production leaders, materials, and purchasing to confirm completion dates and expedite orders as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication with multiple levels, excellent customer service, and high organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to communicate with all levels, up to the President.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player with strong prioritization abilities.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information in writing and verbally.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain production status for customer orders and materials.
• Coordinate with production leads, materials group, and purchasing on progress and dates.
• Expedite customer orders and materials as needed.
• Maintain customer shipping schedules for production, inspection and shipping.
• Update web-based order status and keep records of reschedules.
• Create spreadsheets, letters, forms and other documents.
• Complete special assignments and projects.
