Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Experience using APS systems such as SAP APO or Oracle ASCP.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across manufacturing operations.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to achieve delivery targets.
• Monitor schedule performance and address delays or disruptions.
• Partner with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Utilize advanced planning and scheduling tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide recommendations on resource allocation and scheduling feasibility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and scheduling best practices.
