Job summary

Entegris in Decatur, TX is seeking a Production Scheduler Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month assignment supports manufacturing operations by helping develop and maintain daily and weekly schedules, prioritizing orders, and analyzing capacity constraints.

You’ll work with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve schedule issues, monitor KPI like Schedule Compliance and On-Time Shipment, and gain hands-on ERP/MRP experience while contributing to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with minimum GPA preference of 3.0.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Basic understanding of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as priorities shift.
Review open orders to prioritize work for on-time delivery.
Identify material shortages and capacity constraints.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
Prepare reports for scheduling meetings and KPI tracking.
Analyze data to improve workflow and efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling.
