Job summary

You will work with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain teams, gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing, and contribute to schedule adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
• Basic understanding of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain concepts.
• Ability to learn ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and update schedules as priorities change.
• Review open orders and help prioritize work to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and scheduling risks.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve schedule issues.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data within the ERP system.
• Track and report KPIs such as Schedule Compliance and On‑Time Shipment.
• Prepare reports and schedule updates for planning meetings.
• Analyze production data and suggest workflow improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling and planning.
