BTD Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler support role to assist in planning and preparing production schedules.

You will help identify deviations, prepare capacity load reports, and monitor inventory to meet company goals. Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years of related technical or three years of related on-the-job training.
• Three years of recent production control experience required.
• Strong knowledge of production control and computerized manufacturing production planning.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct and coordinate production control programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with purchasing, planning and production.
• Assist Customer Service in supporting customer requirements.
• Enter time and job information using Microsoft programs.
• Participate in self-development training.
• Respond to daily questions related to production scheduling and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory systems.
• Audit back flush locations for accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory process or costing errors.
• Identify and communicate labeling/inventory control discrepancies.
• Report jobs as Finished and resolve end-of-job errors.
• Update MES jobs boards using system-generated reports.
