Job summary

Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that maximize efficiency and meet output targets. You will gather data from internal teams to align materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments.

The role requires 1–3 years of inventory control, planning, and scheduling experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics to meet a production schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and results oriented.

• Works well in a team environment with an ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with Excel is required; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and maintain production schedules to guide production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives.
• Gather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules.
• Monitor daily production results and revise scheduling in response to changes in materials, designs, equipment, or other resources; generate reports and make recommendations to management.
• Utilize ERP software or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting.
• Review and implement ECN material changeovers as necessary.
• Support updated documentation and process control initiatives and ERP improvement as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $26 - $35 / hour, based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics to meet a production schedule
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and results oriented

• Works well under pressure and can prioritize workloads
• Works well in a team environment with an ability to work autonomously
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, are required
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
