Production Scheduler (Finance)

Coke Florida is looking for a Production Scheduler based out of our Tampa Headquarters. Current schedule is day shift hours Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays as necessary.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Supply Chain Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating a strategic and tactical production plan to maintain proper inventory levels for multiple distribution centers across Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Deployment, Transportation, Field Leaders, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Lifecycle, Sales, Warehouse Operations, HR, and other functions to serve our customers effectively and efficiently in accordance with Coke Florida Principles
• Produce weekly production schedules for various production lines to support the commercial needs of the business.
• Analyze and interpret data sources to enable effective service models.
• Drive improvements to service standards across operations by providing insights through collaboration with team members and customers.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through informed decision-making based on holistic business needs.
• Address business challenges using ERP information systems.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term manufacturing and transportation strategies.
• Consider factors like raw material supply and allocation in production planning.
• Identify close-dated inventory resulting from planning decisions.
• Perform other duties supporting the Enterprise Planning team.

Requirements:

• Preferred BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or ERP experience.
• Understanding of lean inventory methods and continuous improvement.
• Problem-solving skills with data analysis capabilities.
• Initiative and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/JDA.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and software.
