Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. This is a full-time role with steady hours and strong benefits.

You will develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term schedules, coordinate across production, operations, supply chain, and customer service, and use ERP/MRP systems and Excel to optimize capacity, material availability, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to maintain organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and production demands.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do as a Production Scheduler:
