Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to manage, motivate, guide, and develop teams to meet goals.
• Proficient computer skills with tech and smart device know-how.
• Travel with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Unrestricted lifting ability and ability to climb, crawl, and kneel.

• Perform regular job site inspections to reinforce quality, safety, and training opportunities.

What You Would Do
