How You'll Make an Impact
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime.
  • Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
