Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely under direction and sanitize production equipment.
• Clean production area and use high pressure water hoses as needed.
• Apply chemicals for cleaning, degreasing, and sanitizing and perform hot water rinses.
• Shovel and sweep floors, drains and sewers; dispose of trash to compactor.
• Follow safety policies, GMPs and food safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
