Job summary

Park 100 Foods in Kokomo, IN seeks a Production Operator to run various machinery per daily schedule and product specs. You will disassemble for sanitation and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus the ability to read recipes and specs, and basic measurement skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or related work experience.
• Ability to read and follow written specifications and instructions.
• Comfort with basic measurements and units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment daily per production schedule and product specs.
• Operate machinery and monitor operations with basic troubleshooting.
• Disassemble at close for sanitation and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Record data, adjust as required, and calibrate timing and temperatures.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP and food safety rules.
