Aerotek in Portland, OR is seeking a dependable Production & Sanitation Associate to support both production and sanitation in a dry ingredient facility. You will handle packaging, labeling, material handling, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

This onsite role is contract to hire, paying $22–$25 per hour, with benefits described in the listing. A team-focused, safety-conscious attitude will help you succeed in a fast-paced food processing environment.

• Complete basic production and sanitation records accurately.
• Support other departments as needed to keep operations on track.

Job Title: Production / Sanitation Associate Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Production & Sanitation Associate to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will support both production and sanitation activities in a dry ingredient processing and distribution facility, handling products like flour, sugar, baking mixes, and other food-grade ingredients. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is based in a flour and grain processing and distribution facility. You will be on your feet for up to 8 hours and should be comfortable working with dry ingredients and food-grade powders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
