Ferguson in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Production Sales Support Representative to assist with pricing proposals, bid monitoring, and customer documentation. You will support outside sales by providing product and technical information and help manage the full order-to-invoice cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience in project management is a plus.

• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Sales Support Representative to join our team.

Position Details

Location | Onsite - Wilmington, NC

Schedule | Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
