Job summary

Material Handlers at Sauer Brands, Inc. will perform daily duties such as loading and unloading trucks and staging or pulling orders for daily production. They will participate in general housekeeping as outlined by management.

Responsibilities include unloading, locating and stacking finished goods for shipping, and using RF scanners to support production processes, all while maintaining safety and efficiency in a 2nd shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operation experience.
• RF scanner proficiency and material handling experience.

PRODUCTION - SALAD - MATERIAL HANDLER - 2nd Shift

Position Description

Overall Goal of Position:

Tactically and strategically source materials and packaging to support factory operations while supporting and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands:

Job Summary

Material Handlers will perform daily duties and tasks as outlined but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, stage and/or pulling selected orders for daily production and participating in general housekeeping as outlined by management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Unload materials or production from incoming vehicles and relocate to proper destinations.
• Ability to use RF scanner for picking, relocating, and production purposes.
• Locate, stack, or palletize finished goods for shipping.
• List production activity and log all completed tasks.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures as dictated by the organization or state and local agencies.
• Identifying workplace hazards.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
