C.F. Sauer Company is seeking a Processing-Salad-Process Operator for the 2nd shift at the Mauldin, SC facility. You will operate batching computers, follow batch cards, and ensure production goals are met.

Responsibilities include handling raw materials, measuring quantities, and transferring materials to the mixer, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. High attention to detail and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Machine operating experience preferred; detail orientation essential.
• Able to walk and stand for most of a 10-hour shift.
• Quality driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Physical capacity: able to lift 30 lbs.

• Measures specified quantities of materials according to batch cards using scales or measuring box.

Job Summary

Processing Kitchen Operators are responsible for operation and running batching computers and ensuring that all production goals are met. These individuals are responsible for making sure that proper order sequencing is followed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Mixes and dumps raw materials, into mixers: Obtains materials from storage area, using shovel, wheelbarrow, and transports material to batching area.
• Measures specified quantities of materials according to batch cards, using scales or measuring box.
• Dumps material from sacks onto conveyor leading to mixer or empties bulk material from wheelbarrow into mixer.
