Sauer Brands, Inc. is hiring a Production - PC - Machine Operator for the 2nd shift at our Mauldin, SC facility. This role covers daily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing condiment markets under GMP guidelines.

The operator will perform quality checks, data entry, and aspire to meet KPI targets while supporting cross-training initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods.

• Enter quality and operational checks into data collection software
• Meet and sustain KPI’s for department goals
• Cross training when available

Responsibilities

Machine Operator

Overall Goal of Position:

Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly; making adjustments during production runs, utilizing quality tools to ensure that product standards are met and to help make OurRecipe@SauerBrands .

Job Summary

Daily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing the condiment markets following industry standards for GMP

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employees
• Daily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collections tools made available for safe and efficient operation
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely manner
• Learn, meet and sustain KPI’s set for department goals
• Engage in cross training when available

What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position:

• High School Diploma required
• Machine Operating Experience preferred
• Must be detail orientated
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Dependable & punctual
• Physical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
