Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years production lead experience (in a manufacturing setting is desired).
• Able to work flexible schedules including overtime.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
• Attentiveness to detail, including high-level safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-speed, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support production rooms and machine operators to ensure efficient runs and quality goals.
• Maintain material availability and record usage on tickets.
• Oversee line safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SQF, GMPs.
• Monitor metal detector functionality and train staff.
• Record hourly quantities with handheld scanners and complete paperwork on schedule.
• Cross-train staff and rotate tasks every 2 hours.
• Cover for GL positions during breaks or line downtime.
• Assist training and onboarding of new employees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and food safety requirements.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
