Job summary

LifeNet Health is seeking a Production Records Quality Specialist in Virginia Beach to support post-processing operations. You will ensure accurate production records, labels, and quality verification, while performing donor documentation data entry and related clerical tasks.

The role involves tissue movement, equipment coordination, and collaboration across departments to maintain quality and compliance. A background in healthcare records or tissue handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience reviewing records or data entry in tissue bank/healthcare/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, data entry, and retrieve production records in systems.
• Transfer and manage movement of tissue grafts and samples.
• Assist with Quality Verification of processed tissue and ensure document accuracy.
• Coordinate with equipment maintenance for verification of maintenance/repair.
• Improve quality and completeness of record documentation through cross-department communication.
• Perform processing/production related or freeze-drying activities as needed.
