Noblis, a leader in defense and federal civilian missions, is seeking an LLM Engineer to advance AI/ML capabilities within the OptiSource program supporting the Army’s modernization efforts.

The role focuses on LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, Python ML, and enterprise data platform integration, with emphasis on DoD ethics and secure, scalable deployments across government platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of ML/NLP/AI engineering.
• Minimum 2 years focused on LLM development, fine-tuning, or LLM integration.
• Experience deploying LLM interfaces to production.
• Enterprise data platform integration with Palantir Foundry and Databricks.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OptiSource development team to define and implement predictive analytics within the Army VANTAGE platform.
• Translate customer requirements into deployable AI/ML solutions using Palantir Foundry toolset.
• Support migration and enhancement of analytics applications into Army's VANTAGE platform.
