Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Computational Scientist to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI/ML solutions. You will develop scalable data and DevOps/MLOps pipelines, tailor Deep Learning/Gen AI models, and ensure quality, value, and reliability of deployed systems in client environments.

Role spans model selection, training, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree with 6+ years experience.
• 3+ years deploying ML models in production at scale, with monitoring/alerting/auditing.
• 3+ years applying CS foundations including architecture, systems, and programming.
• 1+ years distributed computing/big data/high-performance compute/cloud environments.
• 1+ years building and deploying AI/ML software to cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop algorithms, models, and data pipelines for training and production with MLOps.
• Customize Deep Learning/Gen AI models per business needs.
• Engage in R&D of AI algorithms and simulations for client projects.
• Work with large datasets and ensure high-quality training inputs.
• Implement efficient storage/retrieval for models and knowledge.
• Justify model approaches in business terms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to production.
