Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Python and API design skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into clean abstractions and contracts.
• Experience with LLM-powered agents and tool orchestration.
• Experience with backend services and distributed systems (REST, RPC, WebSockets, or gRPC).
• Production reliability concerns: retries, timeouts, observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build greenfield AI agents to support client workflows.
• Translate loosely defined business problems into agent behaviors and interfaces.
• Define APIs and communication contracts among agents, tools, services.
• Develop Python-based services and agent workflows with strong data modeling.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, tools, memory systems, and cloud services.
• Design for production reliability across retries, timeouts, and back pressure.
• Implement observability and evaluation to detect regressions and wins.
• Collaborate with engineering and business partners, and demo capabilities in client discussions.
