The Lindgren Group is hiring a Production Racker for Avtec Finishing in New Hope, MN. The role runs 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday with overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $22.00/hour, with potential earnings illustrated by bonuses and incentives that can push annual earnings higher.

No metal finishing experience is required as training is provided. You will rack, prep, inspect and move parts through plating and finishing processes, while maintaining quality and

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Able to read, understand and follow written work instructions.
• Comfortable in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Rack and unrack metal parts before and after plating or finishing.
• Read and follow job paperwork and written work instructions.
• Select and use the proper racks and tooling for each job.
• Handle customer parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or concerns.
• Maintain an efficient production pace while protecting quality.
• Keep parts organized and properly identified throughout the process.
• Follow established safety, quality and production procedures.
• Work with your team to keep production moving.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
