Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Detailed oriented and precise in counting and labeling.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Flexibility based on plant production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the Standard Operating Procedures for production operations.
• Identify cosmetic and production issues on products before sending to shipping and receiving.
• Inspect, Weigh, and count assigned products checking against Standards and production count sheet.
• Complete physical counts monitoring order completion.
• Be familiar with the schedule to ensure that the correct product(s) are running.
• Complete required documentation and correctly label parts.
• Assist and train personnel in procedures and processes.
• Coach and work with HR on write ups.
• Reduce rework by ensuring products meet standards before leaving the plant.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
