Qualifications

• Must communicate and facilitate information flow between external and internal constituents.
• Must possess electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, cost management, negotiation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across the organization.
• MA/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Science or related field plus 2 years directly related experience, or BA/BS plus 5 years directly related experience, or AA/AS plus 7 years directly related experience, or 18 years directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers with the goal of ensuring sufficient space and resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize synergy among departments.
• Direct and coordinate program activities and personnel for specific functions or phases.
• Review reports and records to ensure progress and adjust methodologies to meet objectives.
• Implement a development program to address skill gaps.
• Ensure timely preparation of project artifacts, schedules, ETC/EAC and program reviews.
• Member of QSRT.
• Shape and capture follow-on business with current customers.
• Control expenditures per budget allocations.
• Instill accountability among team members with tight oversight of standards.
• Monitor corrective action plans and milestone dates; address internal control deficiencies.
• Confer with staff to explain program and individual responsibilities for each phase.
