Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing or operations with hands-on maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, measurement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor equipment and lines to ensure smooth production.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor output for quality, document results, and enforce standards.
• Collaborate across departments to meet schedules and priorities.
• Uphold safety procedures, PPE use, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain production records and generate performance reports.
• Support lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
