The position emphasizes working directly with shop-floor teams, equipment, and controls, with a path toward contributing to safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, with 0–2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and data analysis.
• Strong communication and shop-floor collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze workflows and optimize equipment layouts for material flow and efficiency.
• Develop specifications for tools, fixtures, and equipment modifications.
• Support installation, validation, and production handoff of new processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and verify corrective actions.
