Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) to perform the work.
• Experience with batch processes or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong mechanical, analytical, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant operations and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot coating process equipment on the production lines.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Process Engineering, and Automation teams to resolve issues.
• Support implementation of new technologies and procedures with training of personnel.
• Continue driving continuous improvement and process efficiency to meet production goals.
