Job summary

MCC is a global leader in premium labels with a century of printing experience. The Process Tech role supports production conformity and product development at MCC’s Elkton facilities, sometimes onsite with customers, to ensure specifications are met and improvements are realized.

The position requires a technical degree or relevant experience, strong Math/Algebra skills, and the ability to work across teams including Quality, PSL Technical Director and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree or related experience in a technical field or manufacturing environment.
• Strong math skills including Algebra; ability to interpret specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing and customer sites; analyze and respond to operator questions.
• Lead or support quality, cost and efficiency improvements through trials and experiments.
• Maintain lab/testing records and assist in product development initiatives.
