Job summary

Flex Technology Group, a nationwide leader in managed print services, is seeking a Production Print Sales Development Representative in Elk Grove, CA to build a strong pipeline and drive growth.

You will identify target accounts, conduct discovery, and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive team, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a clear path to advanced sales roles. Join a fast-paced, collaborative culture that rewards curiosity and results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (technology sales preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and meet activity goals.
• Strong interest in consultative B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.

Pay Range: $45,000–$55,000 base salary + commission opportunity
