Qualifications

• Experience managing creative production from scope to budget and timeline.
• Ability to schedule shoots, book crews, negotiate vendor bids, and handle production logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across creative, brand, marketing, and legal.
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture.
• Track deliverables and budgets to ensure on-time execution.

Responsibilities

• Edit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assets.
• Perform color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, and finishing.
• Prepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social).
• Maintain asset organization and master deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure quality and technical accuracy.
• Keep up-to-date with editing tools and post-production workflows.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing, legal)
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture
• Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and ensure on-time execution
• Resolve production issues and elevate risks appropriately 'Edit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assets
• Perform color correction, sound mixing, stabilization, retiming, and finishing
• Manage file organization, version control, and master deliverables
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure quality and technical accuracy Prepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social)
