Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a Scheduling Clerk to support manufacturing planning and shop-floor coordination. You will manage work orders, coordinate with the Master Planner and purchasing, and ensure accurate data updates for material availability and production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with scheduling or MRP experience, strong organization, and proficiency in Windows/Excel. This role is onsite and offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Scheduling/production control experience preferred.
• Experience with MRP systems and production planning processes is desirable.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Word, and Excel required; Epicore experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor quotes to ensure timely completion and input data for planning.
• Schedule work orders for production and update priority lists.
• Coordinate with Master Planner and purchasing for materials and data accuracy.
• Maintain production files, routing changes, and on-time delivery to meet IO promises.
• Back-up other scheduling departments as needed and participate in Lean projects.
