Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with business or office procedures experience.
• Two or four-year business degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare production drawing documentation for all product fabrications upon turnover.
• Update online production schedule tracking daily.
• Communicate and track material orders to purchasing.
• Prepare master packing slips for outside service painting.
