Job summary

UFP Grandview, LLC is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to prepare production documentation, update schedules, and track status through operations and powder coating. You will work with the operations team to improve schedule accuracy and provide reliable documentation for customers.

The role requires strong computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage details with limited supervision. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English proficiently.
• Knowledge of MRp system methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production drawing documentation for all product fabrications upon turnover.
• Maintains and updates online production schedule tracking daily through Teams worksheets.
• Coordinates quality control of drawings to be released to fabrication.
• Prepares master packing slips for outside service product painting.
• Tracks material orders and communicates with purchasing to support schedules.
