Qualifications

• Must have experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Exact Max, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate work orders and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and resource availability.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled production.
• Track inventory levels, request materials to prevent shortages, and maintain records of materials.
• Review and process work orders; monitor production progress and update status in systems.
• Document production issues and delays and report them to management.
• Communicate schedule updates with production, shipping, and purchasing teams.
