Job summary

Qualifications

• Part-time or full-time college enrollment, working towards a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management or similar with at least a junior level status by Fall of 2027.
• Ability to work On-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for the position.
• Familiarity with CoPilot or similar AI tools and an interest in using AI to support data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Ability to independently use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace applications for everyday business activities, including creating documents and presentations, working with spreadsheets, managing email and calendars, and collaborating through shared files and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing production and planning data to understand schedule performance, capacity constraints, and production challenges.
• Explore how AI tools can help identify solutions and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes and project milestones.
