Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an Associate Production Planner in Reynoldsburg, OH for a 3-month temporary across a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, PO processing, and cross-functional liaison to ensure on-order delivery and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include managing liabilities, production scheduling, and coordination with regional partners and offshore teams to maintain accurate reporting and timely delivery, with autonomous work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; proven Excel skills required.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management for multiple brand channels, including PO creation, upload, and maintenance and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with offshore team for issue resolution and on-order reporting and monitoring.
• Provide cross-functional communication with regional partners and track status of orders and liabilities.
• Support production planning activities, including scheduling, CF alignment, and WIPS data entry, with escalation when needed.
• Direct offshore COMs team to enter data into Mainframe and SAP; manage cancellations and liabilities.
