The role sits on the warehouse floor and requires a hands-on approach with heavy machinery. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production planning, strong reading of engineering drawings, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, including SAP or Job Boss.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a production planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily control of product order processing from reviewing and scheduling production orders.
• Schedule orders to maximize productivity and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Materials, and Shipping to align production with demand and expedite urgent orders.
• Update capacity cutoff calendars and backlog in the SAP/Job Boss systems.
• Maintain visibility of order flow and proactively flag potential delays.
