thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate a production area, manage inventory, and align schedules with customer delivery targets. This role collaborates across departments to ensure on-time manufacturing and optimal capacity utilization.

The ideal candidate has experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred), materials management, and lean manufacturing concepts, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in production control, planning, inventory control and ERP systems.
• Understanding of materials management and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to analyze issues and translate production needs into schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a production schedule for one area to meet delivery targets.
• Maintains schedule in the ERP system and monitors KPIs.
• Interacts with manufacturing personnel on status and planning issues.
• Publishes production schedule with products, equipment, sequences and completion dates.
• Reviews material supply and demand to adjust schedules.
