• Collaborate with sales and customer service to align production with demand forecasts and customer order dates.
• Communicate schedule updates to supply chain, export/import, and shipping departments.
• Participate in monthly planning alignment meetings with sales to set priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and material bottlenecks daily. Coordinate with Stock room for the release of parts to the floor. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Track schedule attainment and identify gaps or delays.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory, and supply chain metrics.
