Job Description/Responsibilities

The Production Scheduler supports production planning and scheduling to meet demands within safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include leading process improvements for cost savings, ensuring inventory levels meet customer goals, and optimizing production efficiencies.

• Support Senior Scheduler with production for bottling operations using Master Production Scheduling and Advanced Planning System.
• Plan intercompany transfer processes, evaluate safety stock, and support continuous improvement in these areas.
• Schedule third-party requirements and order necessary materials for projects.
• Collaborate with brand managers on production plans and finished good purchases for new products and brands.
• Ensure finished goods are available for customer ship dates, providing excellent customer service.
• Develop and work on personal career development plans.
• Identify and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work with supervisors to improve skills and performance, following company policies and implementing personal development strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year experience with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills

PREFERRED

• Master’s Degree
• APICS or Six Sigma Certification
• Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG
• 5 years experience with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
• Knowledge of import/export regulations (FDA, US Customs)
