What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, revise, and ensure the accuracy of the Supplemental Staffing scheduling tool
- Communicate scheduling information with Interdisciplinary Team members and Supplemental Staffing Schedulers
- Maintain current, accurate listings of Supplemental Staff and approved contracted clinical agencies
- Prepare Supplemental Staffing reports as requested by leadership
- Participate in monthly team meetings and provide on-call coverage as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years of scheduling and/or administrative experience in hospice or related healthcare field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare providers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business and/or medical terminology
