Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Production Planner for our Danvers, MA plant. You will own shift-level production planning, manage materials and inventory, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure manufacturing readiness.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and proactive communication with stakeholders. Onsite at the Danvers facility, successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, 2+ years of planning experience, and familiarity with SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience with SAP or Blue Yonder is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong data analysis and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level production planning and prioritization to meet demand, capacity, and KPIs.
• Manage material consumption and inventory to minimize shortages and obsolescence.
• Communicate supply health and production status to cross-functional stakeholders.
