Job summary

Genadyne Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to maintain optimal stock levels for production assemblies.

You will generate all purchase orders, coordinate deliveries with suppliers and freight forwards, and work closely with assembly team leaders to prevent backorders.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in purchasing, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with ERP systems (Visual) and Microsoft Office.

Job Description

Position Description: Maintain proper inventory levels for all production assembly teams by coordinating orders & deliveries with all suppliers.

Primary Objective: To efficiently manage purchasing and inventory, minimizing the likelihood of backorder status or events that necessitate priority shipping.

Major Areas Of Responsibility

• Generating all POs for all Suppliers/Product Lines (foreign/domestic)


• Working/communicating with all assembly team leaders


• Forecasting/Planning/Managing correct inventory levels – especially critical items


• Maintaining weekly inventory reports for each department
